CATHERINE BELL
Bell was born in London, England and is the daughter of an Iranian mother and a Scottish father. She attended the UCLA with an interest in becoming either a biomedical engineer or a physician but dropped out to become a full-time Model.
Bell has graced the Covers of numerous National magazines including Maxim, FHM and Stuff. Her first television acting role was on the sitcom "Sugar and Spice" (1990). Her first appearance in a film was in Death Becomes Her starring Merly Streep, Goldie Hawn and Bruce Willis.
In 2003, Bell played a supporting role in the Blockbuster comedy Bruce Almighty, which starred Jim Carrey and reprisedt hat role in the 2007 sequel, Evan Almighty. From 1997 to 2005, Bell played U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. Sarah MacKenzie on the Hit television series JAG.
In 2006, Catherine Bell joined the cast of Lifetime's ensemble drama "Army Wives". Bell plays the wife of a US Army Major. Bell also acted in the Sci-Fi Channel miniseries, The Triangle, in 2005, where she was nominated in Saturn Award of Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films for Best Supporting Actress. Bell was the grand marshal of the 2007 NASCAR Nextel Cup Series race at Dover International Speedway.
